- Licences are granted for so-called monthly active users. The licences are not tied to a specific user, but are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Example: In the Starter package, a maximum of 50 employees can use Contacts by XPhone per month. After this month, the licences are freed up again and can be used by other employees.
